What is MyHub?
MyHub is the Department of Human Services' Human Capital Management System userd for its learning and development, performance management and recruitment.

How can I access MyHub system?
MyHub is available 24/7 via an internet connection As the system requires the use of pop-ups to launch online training and complete some other activities, you may need to Enabling pop-ups in your browser

When accessing MyHub for the first time, you will need to change your password by clicking on the ‘Change Password’ tab in the navigation menu.

If you have forgotten your password, please click on ‘Lost Password’ and type your username and the code text in the relevant fields. Click ‘Enter’ and a password reset e-mail will be sent to you (this can take up to 30 minutes). Do not click on the ‘Enter’ button repeatedly as this can cause delays in your password being reset.

How can I change my personal information?
You are able to edit your email address and contact numbers in your 'Profile' tab under 'My Account' section.
